This week's flower in my vase is the aptly named Tulip Swan Wings. Here it is before the heavy rains forced it to bow its pretty head.
The fringed petals look beautiful against the leaves of the Japanese anemone.
I love the smooth curve of the stem contrasting with the spiky frills.
