The 2010 price for the Limited Edition ranges of lamps shown is £130 per lamp.
Prices for custom-made wall shields start at £70 per pair. Prices for custom-
made drum shades start at £50 each. I will happily provide full details on request.
All prices include Royal Mail's Special Delivery within the UK. This service requires
a signature on receipt and I will ensure the delivery day is convenient for you
before despatch. Delivery elsewhere will be charged at cost.
Payment for Limited Edition lamps is required in full once I have confirmed your
order. Payment can be made by cheque payable to Sarah Walker ArtShades
or by direct banking 'bill payment'; I can provide the necessary details by phone.
Payment for custom-made lamps and shades will require a 50% deposit on
confirmation of order with the balance due on completion. Delivery for lamps
and wall shades is usually within four weeks and for drum shades within six
weeks. I will always notify you of any unexpected delays.
Customers purchasing Limited Edition lamps have the right to cancel their
order within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel please confirm in writing
within this period. Goods must be returned unused and undamaged in their
original packaging for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return
postage cost and adequate insurance. Your refund will be provided within
30 days of my receiving your lamp in a re-saleable condition.
You will appreciate that custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty
or damaged.
Please check your parcel promptly on receipt and notify me of any damage
within 24 hours, by telephone or email. Please retain all packaging.
Any personal details you provide will only be used by me for the purposes
of fulfilling your order or enquiry. If you do not wish me to use them for sending
information about ArtShades from time to time in the future, please email me.
I will never pass your details to a third party.
