Blue jugs linocut print half lampshade

A wide half lampshade crafted from plant-fibre paper, handprinted with my linocuts of jugs.  Dark blue jugs on a textured cream paper background.  This half shade can be used as a wall shade or atop a slim lampbase, it has a B22 ring fitting.

Lampshade dimensions:

Shade size: 19cm high x 36cm wide x 15.5cm deep, with hand-rolled edges and a clear, flame retardant PVC backing.

Half shade as a wall light

My half shades can be used either with wired in wall light fittings which have a threaded lampholder or bought with a 60W B22 lampholder (with inline switch, 2m white cable and 3amp plug) for use as a surface mounted wall light or plug in wall light.  The shade can be simply hung from two picture hooks. Customers wanting to update their half-bowl uplighters have found that this wide half shade can often be hung over the lampholder left behind when the bowl is removed (but please check your fitting first as designs do vary).

This handprinted half shade will add contrast and texture to your wall and light up a dark corner or hallway.

Half shade for a table lamp

This large half shade is also suitable for use on your own lamp base and is perfect for console tables and side tables, taking up less space than a conventional shade while bouncing light off the wall behind.   It will fit a B22 lampholder.  If you are local to me in Worcestershire, I can provide a converted glass demijohn base which works particularly well with this shade.
